Programs are for Seasoned Adults who want time to learn, practice, and connect with the same group. Each week builds on the one before it.

- 01Find your program
Most Generation Connect programs are offered through a sponsoring organization. As you browse, look for the organization you are joining through and select its program. If you are not participating through a sponsor, look for programs offered directly by Generation Connect.
- 02Meet twice a week
Join the same group of Seasoned Adults and Tech Navigators for seven live, guided sessions over the course of a month. A Generation Connect facilitator leads each session.
- 03Keep learning after your sessions
Each session introduces new technology, activities, and opportunities to connect. Need more help with something you have learned? GC Tech Support offers one-to-one help with specific questions, devices, and skills. Additional fees may apply.

Book a private live appointment when you have one question and want patient, step-by-step guidance from a trained Tech Navigator. Some partner organizations sponsor GC Tech Support appointments for the people they serve; your coverage or current price is shown before you confirm.

- Work through it together
- Meet face to face virtually and work through your question step by step. When helpful, you can securely share your screen so your Tech Navigator can guide you along the way.
